Conix Research Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and/or materials, under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase.
The sole obligation of Conix Research under this warranty shall be to repair or replace, at the option of Conix Research, and free of charge to the purchaser, any parts which are defective within this warranty period. This warranty is not applicable to damages caused by
misuse, improper handling or storage, normal wear and tear, or to damage caused by service personnel not authorized by Conix Research, or to damage caused by adaptation or modification of the Products unless such modification
is expressly authorized in writing by Conix Research Inc. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. The Warranty is VOID if the original Conix Research Serial Number tag is removed.
To obtain service specified by this warranty, shipping instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained directly from Conix Research Inc. To obtain an RMA, the original purchaser must fill out the RMA Request form
which must include a brief explaination of the problem. The Product must be packaged in accordance with the instructions on the RMA and returned to Conix Research at the address specified below, along with the Return Merchandise Authorization number issued. Failure to comply
with the specific packaging and shipping procedure detailed on the RMA may result in repair charges. Any postage, insurance or shipping charges incurred in returning Products for service are the responsibility of the
purchaser. Conix Research Inc. assumes no responsibility for unauthorized return.
EXCEPT AS SET FORTH ABOVE, THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OR MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE OR
OTHERWISE, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS. CONIX RESEARCH INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OCCASIONED BY THE USE OR FAILURE OF THE PRODUCTS.
